I dined at this place after reading the reviews. I was a walk-in customer. Every good review to this place was correct. It was a pleasant experience from beginning to end. The front desk was nice and made me feel so welcome. The whole staff was attentive and helpful but never obtrusive. And then the food...ah exquisite! Every component of every dish perfectly complimented each other, no ingredient was out of place. I had the lunch tasting menu and each course was memorable, both in presentation and in taste. It was called tasting but unlike in other dining places, the portions were substantial enough that you don't just a "taste" of the food, you get to eat. And what an outstanding meal it was.

Experience something new and brilliant. Chef Bouley is half Chef half healer half magician and this meal is not to be rushed! Dish after dish of things you’d never dream of...and that’s what makes this place wonderful. I loved getting the dishes explained by the chef who made it. Go and order the tasting menu. BEWARE: impossible to not try all the breads with their custom Normandy butter. Thanks Chef B!

It is one of those experiences that proves my theory. Vegetarian food can provide all one needs... incredible experience. Vegetarian Tasting menu was mind blowing!
