The "exotic flavors of Burma" are showcased at this "destination" chainlet where the seemingly "flown-in-from-Rangoon" offerings are both "flavorful" and "inexpensive" (the "sublime" tea-leaf salad is a "must-order" item); given its "ridiculously popular" status, expect "ever-present" lines, but those who "believe the hype" are willing to "endure the wait."

I have heard this place always have huge lines during peak hours. To avoid waiting too long to try the place got in line at 4:55pm and got the table in first round of seating. Very good food and super quick service. Got tea leaf salad(the best), rainbow salad and tofu stir fry. Tea leaf salad is definitely their must try!!!! It's a real treat to taste buds! Rainbow salad was okay and tofu stir fry was average.

Met some expectations, but wasn’t worth the 5 stars. It’s good! The mango pork was really great. Rice was great. The noodles were not as good as other Burmese places, and the garlic shrimp was good but not mind blowing. Pear ice cream was refreshing and tasty. Not worth a two hour wait for sure, just avoid busy hours.

First of all, food here is good. Not mind blowing good but solid good, so that’s 4 Stars. But their service is TOP notch. Highly recommend although everyone already know this place is already an SF staple. I also didn’t care for their tea salad. Am I the only one?
