“Melt-in-your-mouth” BBQ (including burnt ends “to die for” ) are the specialty of these smokehouse joints that source local, organic meats and butcher them in-house; the “roomy” , “welcoming” spaces feature plenty of “reclaimed wood” as well as a bar mixing Southern-accented cocktails.

This place is great. Meat candy is the best. Really good drinks and service. Corn bread with honey butter is outstanding. All the food is good.

I really liked the venue. It's more of a restaurant with some seating at the bar, but the staff were friendly, the did and drinks excellent. Particularly suitable to a cold winter's night. It's pretty masculine space, not really romantic.

We happened to see this place online and decided to give it a try. I'm glad we did. We ordered the fried pickles and the meat candy to start. After that we knew we would be back. The pickles were fried just right and the meat candy was delicious. But neither of those prepared me for the monster 50/50. It was an enormous pile of pork on top of another enormous pile of brisket. The portions were well sized and easy to share. The staff were friendly and our waitress Elisa was attentive. I'd recommend this place to anyone looking for a great meal.
