A "Chicago classic" that's "been around forever" (or since 1985), this "lively" Lincoln Park Spaniard "never fails to please" with its "vast menu" of "interesting" , "authentic" small plates, plus "delish" paella and "the best" sangria, all at "approachable" prices; "snappy" servers "keep a steady pace of food coming" in the "cozy" dining room and on the "beautiful" patio, and it's versatile enough for both "groups of friends or romantic dates."

Came here on a weeknight right after work. We were seating right before the dinner rush started and the crowds came in. The food was delicious. Unfortunately, we won't be returning due to the high prices and the lack of customer service we experienced. Two of our entrees were forgotten and by the second time we asked our server about it, someone else had cleared our table of all our plates and silverware. By that point, we just didn't care so we didn't stop them. The third time we flagged down our server was to ask for our check so we could leave as soon as we could.

Came here for a graduation lunch a few weeks ago. Sadly the poor girl who was my waitress spilled mimosa all over my and my boyfriend before eating our paella meal. They were very kind to me in keeping people out of the bathroom and I was able to sort of dry off and get through the rest of the lunch. The manager did offer to pay for the dry cleaning of my dress, should it need it. Luckily it didn't. So service wise this is a good place. However I did not care for the paella. It had a lack of authentic taste to it that I was really looking for. Also I wish that it had more variety of meats to it. Overall I had an okay experience. Mostly because I was wet for most of it. I hope to go back sometime and give a better rating for other dishes as we had a set menu for our large group.

This tapas restaurant is amazing for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Despite its unassuming entrance, it is quite large. Food was amazing, the servers were knowledgeable and friendly, and price was reasonable. Go with big groups to try as much as you can. Food recommendations include the bacon wrapped dates, fried chicken pieces with vegetable salad, and french toast with goat cheese honey butter.
