The food’s “completely vegan” but “you wouldn’t know” at these “earthy” organic “havens” , whose “impressive” fare makes healthy almost seem “hedonistic” ; “efficient” service and “relaxed” surroundings add to the overall “solid” feel, while the du Jour outlets offer a “quick” fix to go.

The food is amazing. If you're vegan or are interested in trying something familiar without the meat, egg and dairy, this is the place. Noise levels are closer to pleasant than most places in the area. Prices are in the high side, but typical for this neighborhood. We shared nachos, quesadillas, fried artichokes and salads and everything was glorious. Even the smoothies were decadent without being cloying or heavy. The tables and bathrooms were clean. Their menu is well labeled for those with food allergies and dietary restrictions. I just sad we didn't have more time to try everything on the menu.

Maybe not the BEST vegan restaurant in the city, but a good option if you happen to be in the area. Excellent milkshakes, and love the Buffalo Risotto Croquettes. The pizzas are only so-so. I love the space too, great atmosphere.

THIS PLACE TREATED US LIKE TRASH! BEWARE IF YOU ARE BLACK!!! KEEP YOUR HARD EARNED CASH!! The meal started out perfectly! Meeting friends in the city for a vegan meal while up visiting for Thanksgiving. We ordered 4 appetizers all at least $14 each. They were divine especially the buffalo risotto balls! We ordered drinks and wine then entrees, etc. etc. All were good except the margarita pizza. Save your money here - I do way better at home as probably most do with such an easy dish. Also the mushroom ravioli has a hint of a chemical taste and are sort of greasy. Highlights were the pesto pasta, risotto balls, and Brussels sprouts. As we were wrapping up dinner (skipped dessert) and trying to decide on our next stop, we asked for the bill which was $300. We paid the bill and then my husband decided that it was best for us to relieve our baby sitter instead of another stop. So what did we want to do next?!?! We asked the waiter to let us order ANOTHER round. That is when the manager (lady) approached our table to say that "the table we were sitting at was reserved and that Prohibition next door has great drinks"! Come again please??? Because we couldn't understand this as a business practice! We want to give you MORE money...and tips!! We are business owners!!! There are 2 tables in front of us open...2 tables in back of us...open! And let's not forget the bar!!!!! The bar was COMPLETELY open!!! All 4 of us could have comfortably sat at the bar. Not to mention there was NO ONE standing at the door waiting. So when I pull the manager to the side on our way out to ask why did she not offer the other options mentioned above, she says........."you all have already been here for 2hrs and "they" have been nudging me to say something". Who are they?? Yes we have been here for 2hrs...spending money! I then look around and notice that we are the only blacks in the building! No other black patrons or black servers...perhaps a cook in the back was black but we didn't see them. Putting all that aside, she still didn't offer up the bar. The silver lining in all of this is a very nice bartender noticed the issue and offered to buy us a round of shots as a way of making things better. And I still couldn't leave without tipping her $5! That's us! We are givers and love to have a good time with friends over food! While most of this review is to highlight the manager, I still take issue with an establishment where a manager would be so inclined to make this sort of decision AND error. If a manager was determining who, what, when, how my business made money and it was in direct contrast of my vision and values, the manager would no longer work at my establishment! If this is not the signal Blossom is sending, then she needs to be removed. Otherwise, I plan to garner as much attention to this issue as possible and will send people to Seasoned Vegan - where our dollars will be appreciated! You have been warned! Wish there were 0 stars as an option!
