"Unique margaritas" and "tasty" Mexican "classics" are on offer at these "cool" , "hopping" cantinas; a "solid" staff keeps the "generous chips and salsa" flowing, and there’s “nice” outdoor seating, but "be prepared for the hipster crowd.”
Place used to be five stars. Firstly, most of the staff are great. Always make you feel welcome and are usually always attentive. The food is great also, however there has been a definite change in menu. $13 for two steak tacos, guys? Not three months ago, they charged a dollar LESS and you got three of them. Portions overall seem to have gotten smaller but the price is only increasing. Fine, that's fair. But this past weekend, a server (do not remember his name) who seemed fairly new, had a terrible attitude for absolutely no reason, and he decided to take the cash tip that was on the table and throw another $5.00 tip onto my credit card. Absolutely uncool. Wish they never changed.

This place is very cool and has a very clean feel to it. Waitress and staff was awesome. Tacos, wings and Plantains(the best thing we ordered) were all really well done. Highly recommend it Definitely try the Plantains(Maduros)

My favorite Mexican restaurant in all of Philly. They have an excellent vegetarian menu and the food is never too spicy unless requested. They are always playing great music, but not too loudly. The atmosphere is great inside but be sure to enjoy the back patio on a sunny day!
