Latest update: they had their residential chef, JJJ(?), which, unfortunately, are not really to my taste. It's worth trying though. I do hope they'll keep rotating chef in future. Update: the fish is overcooked the third time I visit. First impression: All aspects considered, this is the best restaurant I've ever been to so far , and I don't use the word "best" lightly. The food (arctic char) is divine of course. Although there are better food in town, considering the price, this place is a godsend. Also, I enjoy the relaxed even laid-back atmosphere here, compare with those cramped Michelin restaurants. Nothing to complain about the service. Will visit again.

Obviously, the specifics of the food and cocktails depend on who is the chef in residence at the time, but I love this concept so much I would definitely come back for whoever is the chef in residence. The service was very good, the atmosphere is cool and comfortable. My only minor complaint is the wine list skews toward baller bottles—I would like to see more esoteric (aka delicious without breaking the bank) choices. Overall though I will be back.
