I had the best dining experience at Cochon Butcher in Nashville. The food was terrific. We tried almost everything on the menu and loved it all. The brussel sprouts were amazing. The daily sausage was my favorite. The manager Erin made our experience even better. Thanks Erin and Cochon Butcher for an awesome meal and experience. Come out to Salt Lake City to ski and we'll return the favor!

This place was delicious. The brussel sprouts were amazing. I don't like ham but my friend let me try a bite of her Cuban sandwich and I loved it. I would recommend it.

Very welcoming and hospitable staff! Lovely menu with an eclectic twist. I got the falafel wrap and potato salad - yummy blend of ingredients! Everything is homemade. This place reminded me of a cafe/restaurant you would find in Asheville, NC, so I felt at home. Cochon Butcher was also nice enough to allow me to bring in my natural juice from the juice bar next door without any problems. I will be visiting this cafe next time I am in Nashville, TN.
