This gelato shop's environment is tiny, quaint, and comfortable with some stools. The gelato itself is yummy, satisfying, and unique in the flavors. They also have some sort of ice cream bagel sandwich that is offered. My S.O. had it and loved it. The shop also offers some interactivity which allows you to choose a flavor for next month.

Vote for next week's flavor on the board by the door. Coletta's flavors are intense and creamy; they are also well-textured (not too soft nor too hard). They always have one or two sorbretto flavors available for the lactose-free/egg free crowd). I think they should recommend combinations, or at least keep that in mind when setting up the weekly changing menu. No real seating inside or out; you can hang out with your friends on the sidewalk or just walk back to work/wherever while you enjoy a refreshing cool treat on a nice San Francisco day.
