We had a reservation for a 'dining room table' for Christmas Eve dinner yet were seated in the bar. When we inquired about the matter were told that they were 'sold out' for the evening. When we pressed further, as there were 5 empty dining room tables at the time, were told that the tables in the bar ARE 'dining tables' and that "bar seating" is actually sitting literally at the bar (not buying it). We felt the hostess completely dismissed our concern about the seating location and ended up at a table behind the host stand in front of the entry door with 13°F weather. If it hasn't been 7:00 on Christmas Eve we would have walked. This warranted 1 star. Our waitress was excellent and saved our night-her customer service could not have been better. The food & a hand-crafted cocktail were also excellent. The food, cocktail and wine warranted 5 stars (hence compromise rating of 3-stars). The vibe of the place is more relaxed with exposed brick and reclaimed wood. If you're looking for a nice dinner there you can wear jeans and don't care about sitting in the bar, this is your place. If you're looking for a nice restaurant with white table cloths and more ambiance, look elsewhere.

My husband and I decided to try this place during a romantic getaway in Denver. They did not disappoint! They placed us at a quiet table away from the loud noise, and that was really appreciated. My favorite dishes were the Market pasta (seasonal: mine was squid ink pasta) and the beef tenderloin, both were fantastic. I opted for the olive oil flavored gelato, and wow, was I impressed! My husband also enjoyed all of his courses, and we both left full and satisfied with our experience. Our waiter was attentive and knowledgeable, and we barely noticed him when he refilled our water and drinks. We will definitely come back during our next trip to Denver!

I had the most incredible meal here with my fiance. Our table was served by Kyle, who was attentive without being overbearing, and very funny. We got a bottle of the month's feature wine, shared the daily rotating appetizer platter, and each got a small pasta serving. One of the rotating appetizers was fried rabbit offal with spicy dipping sauce and it was phenomenal; not that the other four veggie-focused ones we got weren't fantastic. My pasta carbonara was a religious experience, though my fiance (wrongly) insisted his orecchiette with sausage was even better. One of the best meals I've had all year.
