This has to be the best italian food I've ever had. It was so good. Everything from the ambiance to the staff was great. I can't wait to go back. Best spaghetti and meatballs I've ever had. Also the wine selection is superb. If you are unsure about anything the waiters are friendly and will help with any questions.

First of all, I was greeted by a waiter whom, for SOME reason, greets all his tables with a FAKE ACCENT!! A FAKE British accent. How do I know? Because I saw him talking normally to his co worker at the bar (he didn’t know I was eavesdropping and observing. But this is what I do when I go out to eat ;)) ANYWAYS it seems as if the staff is DESPERATE for any type of cash tips. So desperate that they will fake an accent for you. Why fake it? Am I supposed to be impressed? I’m confused. 0 stars if I could. Food was mediocre and cold in specific parts. Waited forever for my water to be refilled. Wonder how long until the oldest restaurant in philly finally tanks!

The food isn’t the problem at this restaurant, it is the people who work here. The hostess essentially told my family and I that we were not welcomed at their restaurant. I requested a table for 6, which she replied, we won’t have anything available until 9:30pm. It was 8pm by this time. At first I said thank you, let me think about it. I walked outside and saw another large party go in. They came back out and were standing around, so I figured they decided to wait. So, I decided too, let me wait around. I went back in and the host said, “oh! I just gave away the 8:45pm reservation.” This made me question her and say that she never gave me the option of 8:45pm. So I said I still want to request a table. She said, “oh... well we won’t have anything until 9:45pm.” Being 8:15pm, I said I’ll take it. Then the look of shock came over her face. She said she would be right back. She came back 30sec and said, “well that’s not a guarantee.” I understand it was a larger party, but what really set me over was the fact that she told me, “you can go down the street.” After speaking to the woman again, she finally said she could try to seat us. The server on the other hand was fantastic! He was accommodating, extremely warm, and friendly. Great service by him!
