“Bring your appetite” ( “or a few people with you” ) when dining at these “big, casual, noisy seafood houses” where you can “get the giant seafood platter” : a “hot, fresh and yummy” heap of “deep-fried heaven” that includes oysters, shrimp, catfish, soft-shell crabs and crawfish croquettes at “a very good value” ; a “sassy" staff makes a trip to the “always-busy” “family” setting feel “like coming home, baby!”

My family and friends a group of 18-20 of us. Went to celebrate my mother's BIRTHDAY. The server was very nice. The drinks and food came in a timely manner. However my sisters meal was not good. She took 1 bite and said I can't eat this its very salty. She told our server, the server said I'm sorry. I cannot take it back, but I can get managment. He came with a rude face. The manager notified us that he could do not take back any food. It was posted on the wall as you came into the business. And they could not give her anything else to replace the meal. She could however order something else off the menu at her expense. One of the guest asked would he, the Manager pay for a meal. You clearly could see had not been eaten. The manager said I'm done and left the table. He did not try to make this right at All. We asked for the owner, needless to say the owner was not available. I know this is a long review but the food was not that great. Also found out they were Under New Management and the business had been sold. Big difference and NOT for the better! Management was horrible.

We visited this restaurant on recommendation from a friend. The atmosphere was very nice. And the drinks were great tasting and not overly potent. We ordered the half portion of the seafood platter for about $35.00. Which was plenty for two people. The food was in serious need of better seasoning. It was edible, but tasteless. The waitress was very accommodating and friendly. May try one of the other locations in the city on the next trip 🤔

This was a very disappointing experience and I would not ever recommend this restaurant to anybody. Management was the biggest disappointment, he has no manager skills at all. We were celebrating my mother's birthday today, with a party of 20 people total . We all ordered appetizers, drinks and main courses as well. My entree was very salty and I asked the waitress to either remake it with no salt or replace it with something else, Karen was a very good waitress, however she had to get her manager, which he was not accommodating at all, and told me they could not remake the barbque shrimp pasta or replace it with something else unless I be charged an additional charge. We were going to buy a cake for my mother's birthday but we did not after spending more than $635.00 and not getting any better treatment than this we decided not purchase a cake nor any other items from your restaurant, so we were very displeased over this. I will not refer anyone to be subjected to this when your sign stated this was a manager's decision. What manager would jeopardize all of this when customers are spending hundreds of dollars in your restaurant, only a unqualified person as a manager with no customer service experience, this is not acceptable and I need to speak with the owners because no person with diabetes should be told to accept and pay for food that is too salty to be eaten because you will be charged for it anyway. This is not good customer service and evidently hasn't informed him of this.
