Service

Grace and Jack Lamb’s East Village tasting bar is still “firing on all cylinders” with its “exquisite” , Franco-Spanish–accented New American small plates served in bite-sized quarters; for most, the “cramped” counter seating and “pricey” tabs are offset by the “fun” of “watching the chefs” work their magic.

Insider Tip
Given its intimate setup with just a handful of seats surrounding a U-shaped counter, it’s probably not the place to go with a group – but it might be just right for a hot date.

Made the same day reservation for 6pm. More and more people after that. Ordered the tasting menu and not much surprise for the taste but the plating and creation. Have a dump up for the raw material selection. No star for the service because it was so so regular with no heart, seem don't care if you come or not especially the receptionist. I won't pay this price again for this kind of dining.

Neat place. We couldn't find it initially. It's just a door so look carefully. Otherwise, food was excellent. We got the tasting menu Place is bit small so definitely not a good place for group. Take your wife or GF for a nice romantic dinner.
