Best place in Philly for soup dumplings. Easy to see right off of Race Street in downtown Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Parking on the street is available but it fills up fast, meter parking that is. Big Restaurant. Clean facilities. Cash only. Reasonably priced. Plenty of locals eating inside. We will definitely be going back.

They have absolutely superb dim sum here, the best I’ve ever had! Service is swiftly as well. Because it is so tasty, it is very crowded though. I waited 25 minutes on a Saturday night to be seated with 2 people. The line moves but you’re still in for a wait. They don’t take reservations. When you’re sitting near the waiting area, people constantly look at your plate and it’s very loud overall. So, not a great place for a date. It’s also cash only.
