“Handwritten menus” announce the daily roster of “consistently excellent” New American bites (including a “phenomenal” burger) at this “funky” local fixture in Williamsburg; set in a 1920s dining car and overseen by a “knowledgeable” crew, it has a “quintessential hipster” vibe that carries over to the outside seating area.

Quaint ambiance, menu is written on a white table sheet. Burgers are delicious, ketchup and mustard are served in cute jars with tablespoons. They come with a lid which makes it super adorable. Everyone is welcomed and treated with respect. They are gratuity free so prices are a bit higher than normal.

Expensive but great. Gratuity included which is nice. Very filling. Service is mostly good (our waitress was great) but we got some sass as we entered because they wanted us to wait at door as opposed to going to one of the many open tables on our own.

Oh Williamsburg! Cute enough spot for a brunch date. Old-diner style with MODERN prices. I wouldn't go hungry, food took a LONG time. A little too hip to move it along are we? I ordered the chicken sandwich and it was only okay after a wait. Other orders coming out looked good so I think if you are a patient diner you'll be fine here.
