This place was great. They were full, and so I worked with the host & hostess to come up with a plan to seat me (I was flying solo). They surveyed the bar, asked the bar tender whether there might be space opening up, and they said no. I ended up sitting at the back bar by myself, but that was no problem at all; I was just thankful they were so attentive. The food was excellent ... some of the best hummus and pita (the pita is amazing) I've had. I had the orange chicken dish which was pretty incredible. I will definitely return here.

This ideally located place is perfect for anything from a bite and a cocktail to a full meal while you are in Chicago. The hummus was the real deal...absolutely delicious. Do not over look the spicy broccoli. It is light, airy and packed with flavor. Everything else, all the seafood, was amazing as well. The chef, servers and staff are all very friendly and the environment is lively and inviting. If you have a moment, stop in and get started with a small plate...warning: you may not leave until you are full.

The food is good, and I loved the atmosphere. The service was nice. I went there for lunch on a Saturday, and it wasn't full. We tried three types of hummus and the normal one is ok, I've tried better. But the pumpkin hummus and the almond & garlic hummus were delicious. We then shared a salad and a blueberry clafoutis. The salad was great but I was expecting more from the pancake. Finally, we ordered a date cake that was nice but too sweet. Good price-quality.
