This “vibrant” pizzeria duo serves “out-of-this-world” Neapolitan pies with “perfectly charred” crusts and “inventive” toppings – though some swear the “killer” (but limited-supply) burger is the real “showstopper” ; the Clinton Hill original specializes in rectangular pies, while the West Village outpost offers round too, but both spots are "tight" , so make a reservation or expect "absurdly long" waits.

My girlfriend and I came here to celebrate a promotion and our anniversary. It was such a fun time. The burger was our favorite we have had, 5 years after being in NYC. We also got the Detroit style pizza which was awesome. Josh was our waiter and gave us perfect service. Ambiance was great, well lit, busy, and fast paced. If you are visiting the city and are in the lower west side do not miss the opportunity to try Pizza Loves Emily.

Went here for the Emmy Burger as it is on a lot of top ten lists. It is a fabulous eating experience, it is tasty, it runs down your face, rinse thoroughly with wine. It has a limited availability but not like the burger at Raoul's, just show up before 8PM and you should be fine (if you can get a table). I rate this burger just below the Fedora at Bar Sardine mostly because of the higher price ($26 as compared to $15 for the Fedora). It is, however, excellent, and well worth your time and money.

We ate downstairs in a psedo private room which is nice for a quiet dinner or special occasion. The service was very good and pizza a bit weird but great for the most part. Definitely worth a try and if you don't like pizza they have great other options as well.
