The "delicious" housemade sausages, poutines and other "adventurous" plates at this "eclectic" LoDo "take on the gastropub" (a sib to Rioja, Bistro Vendôme and Stoic & Genuine) may be "gut-busting" , but at least they "won't break the bank" – which means "you can hang out for hours" pairing them with craft brews you've "never heard of before" ; "industrial" , "modern" and open late, it can feel like "hipster central" , but "don't be afraid to ask questions" anyway – the servers "always have an answer."

Stopped for a cocktail and some small plates and it was great! A very unique and interesting menu. The beer and cocktail selection is fantastic. We will definitely be back again to try more of the menu.

Great bar selection and beer if you like that kind of thing. Really good bone marrow. Don't forget the cheese curds they are super awesome. I have only ever had the chocolate smore pot for dessert because it's so good I can't not get it. Rocket salad is my favorite but the menu changes with the season so get it while you can.

Nick was Great! Seriously management needs to let write the training manual! The bone marrow was Rediculous! Beyond flavor. Wow! I also had the duck fat chips and dip... Very interesting with the flavors, textures, and temperatures. The Chocolate Tiramisu confection was surprisingly good. I would do it again. Beer was solid I had the brown and the porter. The only constructive criticism I would give the entire meal was the coffee need to be hotter but that's peanuts. Lastly the paging technology to get into a very busy place like that was very effective and good. I would recommend just parking across the street and paying the 15 bucks and be done with it versus fighting the neighborhood for a parallel parking spot. Enjoy.
