I can not say enough about how great and interesting the food and flavors are here. I would be here all the time...if it weren't for the staff. I don't think I've ever finished a dinner here in over a year without my server having to go home and offer to get me the bill before they go. Tonight, a man came over and yelled "who's on the diet?" before dropping off a diet Coke and 2 chardonnays. Our waitress found it funny to make our lobster shell dance before taking it away. 1st world problems I know, but the food and the atmosphere just doesn't match the level and mood of service. I'll keep going back, don't get me wrong. I just hope the staff can move past the cringe worthy behavior.

Went on Easter around 1030am. Definitely get there before the lunch crowd. All of our breakfast and sandwiches were delicious. Our server was a bit cold in the beginning but warmed up and was very nice later. They also had an Easter bunny walking around giving kids candy. Very cool restaurant.

I have been to Farmers Table several times since my friends like it and I live about two blocks away so it's convenient. The food is good, not great, overpriced, and would probably be better if you could get it in a timely manner. The staff is mostly very friendly but for some reason completely unable to provide good, efficient service. Appetizers often appear after the mains, and in one case, after dessert. In my experience you are better off walking across the restaurant to the bar and ordering a drink since the servers typically take forever to bring your drink order. The decor is nice but this place has been LOUD every time I've been there. Typical trendy restaurant problem, all hard surfaces with sound bouncing from everywhere. It's probably much nicer outside but the weather has thus far prevented me from sitting on the patio. I don't hate this place and they seem to have potential due to an interesting menu and good drinks, or in other words, the product, but so far I just don't get what people are seeing in this place.
