The Zagat Review
A "tiny restaurant" with "big flavors" , this "unconventional" Logan Square "standout" offers an "exceptionally creative" Macanese menu ( "it’s every bit as exotic as it sounds" ) of "gorgeous" , "next-level" dishes, including a "fantastic" brunch; factor in "excellent cocktails" and a "convivial" , "boho-chic" setting and it’s "worthy of the hype" – the "only bad part is the wait."

If you LOVE sweet and flavorless food this is your place. We ordered at least 6 different dishes and ALL of them were too sweet. The quality of the ingredients were top notch with the exception of the lobster dumplings (would've never known the dumplings were stuffed with lobster had it not been labeled as such). The pork and ginger dumplings were some of the best we have ever had (we have lived in 5 different countries in Asia). I will add that the service was amazing!!

The fat rice dish wasn’t as flavorful as I wanted it to be. The carrot appetizer was literally raw carrots with vinegar or some sort of dressing on it. Cut thick, not innovative or mildly delicious. Wasn’t “wowed” or memorable, the only reason I’m giving 3 stares was because of 1 amazing dish, it was a beef pasta with a chewy texture and rich, deep flavor. That was a hit with the table and we might give this place a second chance because if it

Great food, great drinks, a bit pricey (but it's worth it). For a dinner for 2, it's going to be over 100 dollars. I tried 9 dishes, I recommend the Diabo curry(with coconut rice), pub cheese, pickled cabbage, tamarind tofu, pumpkin soup, dumplings. The steak is excellent if you want a solid staple with no surprises, but I recommend trying something they invented. The duck is basically an excellent duck steak in its own right if you're looking for something new but not too different or spicy.
