Fat Sal's Deli
Counter-serve heroes, burgers & sides
Deli · Westwood · $
The brainchild of a trio of native New York buddies, this chain of casual, counter-serve spots specializes in loaded sandwiches, burgers and heroes stuffed with everything from fried eggs and chicken fingers to jalapeño poppers and mozzarella sticks. The decor is minimal, with a handful of stools and standing room to devour your meal upright, and late-night hours make it a prime choice for post-party dining.

Great bread making fantastic sandwiches. Love the Fat Texas and fat sals..the fat Joey was great too. We also ordered cheeseburger french fries for the first time. Food was fresh cooked to order. Came fairly fast. The only downside was the employees they didn't speak good English and we asked for sandwiches to be Cuts in three sections when we picked him up we asked again to make sure they said yes but it wasn't. But the food makes up for it.

My number 1 burger. So delicious. If you like greasy and meaty one and you are so hungry now, I recommend you Jerry burger. It has fried egg, fried potatoes, patty, cheese stick, etc. So delicious. It was my best choice!

Pretty disappointed, honestly not sure if my expectations were high, or if the menu is misleading, but my sandwich fell short of all the hype. I've enjoyed better sandwiches elsewhere, proof positive there were hardly any people there and "In&out" was packed. So yea I would be embarrassed to recommend this place, or say anything positive. The price does not reflect the quality that's for sure. Ive had better peanut butter and jelly sandwiches.
