Service

Like the simple implies, there's “nothing fancy” going on at this West Village seafood shack, just “truly good” catch delivered with great shuck for your buck; trade-offs include “rough-around-the-edges” looks and “tight-squeeze” seating.

It's a quaint little place in lower Manhattan. Pretty chill atmosphere. Food was great. I had Casino Clams, Calamari, Buffalo Shrimp and King Crab Legs. Would have liked whole pieces of crab leg. Meaning for me the leg and it's entirety not broken down already for me. But it was still good none of the less music was cool and chilled. Kind of on the pricey side. Sangria was good pricey for a pitcher though. But also by glass. So all in all I did enjoy my food and time there.

Incredible food and service! I had scallops which were perfectly done. Excellent taste, not overdone, spices delicious, and the spinach with it was an excellent pairing. My wife had mussels which I typically won’t order out because I am very picky. She convinced me to try them... Oh my goodness they were perfect. First they were FRESH. Incredible flavor of garlic and broth and paired with garlic toast. The wait staff service was impeccable but not hovering. We did not feel rushed as some places in NY make you feel in their rush to turn tables. Great job guys.

Delicious food and great selection. Menu is in season and everything tasted fresh. Great variety as well. Will be returning in blue crab season!
