The experience was great. The food was truly exceptional. The wine pairing was not at the same level. The price is definitely high. I would definitely recommend FT33 but I would skip the wine pairing and go on your own.

Food is overpriced for the the product. Even the wine pairing of 4oz for 4 servings at $65 is pushing it (found a solid full bottle for just a little more). Some places can get a pass for the amazing location but not the case here. The one solid and notitible item is the service... which is top notch.

I hate to give this place 2 stars as the food was very good. However, the service (or lack thereof) left quite a mark on our experience. We patronized FT33 on Valentine's day and let me say I was quite pleased to find that there we still open tables indicating the restaurant was not as busy as I was expecting. So ideally we should have received prompt service. Hubby and I patiently sat and waited to be acknowledged for close to 20 mins. Oh...wait we got water in those 20 mins. I suspected that the female waitress that was waiting the table next to us was who were waiting for but she seemed uninterested in serving us...for whatever reason I don't care to know. I was able to flag someone down to finally at least talk to us and take our drink order and then eventually "go ahead" and take our food order. I have never felt so excluded in my life. Thank you Garrett for the excellent service you provided in spite of your recalcitrant co worker. As far as food, the shaved kohlrabi and the cavatelli dishes were outstanding. Unfortunately I will not be visiting FT33 again.
