I’m from Texas so having the knowledge to critique pizza is obviously lacking... however, this pizza was probably one of the most amazing pieces of pizza I’ve ever eaten. The crust was perfect and cooked to perfection- the ingredients were fresh and plentiful and the cheese was delicious and gooey... I visited on a Wednesday afternoon around 2pm and had zero wait time to get seated. The service was excellent and I felt the prices were more than fair considering the quality of food I received. If you’re in Chicago, please make this a must have on your dining list :)

Service Issue! The food was fine, but service could use a lot of work. My wife ordered an entree salad. The salad we received was a starter salad. We tried to flag the staff to check to verify the tiny salad was an entree salad. Nothing. She never came by the table again for at least 15 minutes, until my wife had already finished it (she was very hungry). It was at that time she told us it was a starter salad.

I've been to better locations of this Chicago franchise. The pizza just didn't seem to be as good as I'm used to. But the server was friendly and the quiet here was welcome--all other locations I've gone to have had waits for tables no matter the night of the week, but we walked right in on a Tuesday evening and it was not busy.
