Small and cozy restaurant with an Incredible menu of mostly fish and some vegetables (no meet of chicken here) Service was good Ambiance was great Food was amazing We where 4 people and we ordered the crab app, scallop, and beets appetizers For main course the monkfish (so so), black sea bass (fantastic) and the mackerel (probably the best prepared fish I've ever tasted). Not only what's the fish itself amazing but the way that they paired it with cauliflower, different purées, Caviar etc. was really remarkable. Sunchocke for a side was amaaaaazing. I tried a mezcal based drink that was red and had smoke salt on the rim (can't remember the nAme). I never ever order a mixed drink. I am more of a pure call my neat type of person and this was truly tasty. For desserts we ordered a mentoring something or other that was OK and then we ordered dessert that had some sort of blueberry on the bottom, mascarpone cheese and topped with Caramell popcorn. It was such a unique combination between sweet sour and the different textures that was probably one of the most unique desserts I've ever tried I'll definitively come back again and again

Creative fish dishes and a wonderful list of original cocktails. The bartender is from Iceland and there are some interesting Icelandic liquors Incorporated. Highly recommended for a meal in HK!

I had high expectations given Gloria was mentioned in Eater's hottest places in NYC. However I found it highly overpriced (even in New York standards), and with poor service. After paying $190 for 5 appetizers, one main and a bottle of wine - we were still hungry enough to get a slice of pizza. Courses were tiny. In addition, after finding a piece of plastic in one of our appetizers, the restaurant did not offer any compensation. They did give us that appetizer for free, but didn't even bother to time the replacement with the main course. Bottom line - for this price point there are much better options in New York.
