A "shockingly good" option in an “outdoor strip mall” , this “elegant” Norcross New American offers “impeccable” fare, served by a “well-trained” staff in a "beautifully decorated" space with California country interior touches; a few find it on the “expensive” side, but many say it’s “worth it for special occasions.”

Sorely disappointed today. Very nice atmosphere, great looking menu but that's it. Food was beautifully plated but everything we ordered was at best mediocre and lacked taste and flavor. I NEVER add salt to my food, well, today was a first! To add insult to injury, found a giant bone in my fish tacos, eughhhh! Don't know if I can give a second chance.

This is our third time here. The food was great as usual, but the service was very slow today. Our server took 15 plus minutes to come back and take our order after or apps came out. Maybe the young man was new, but he'll get better.

I would choose zero stars. I would also like to add this is my first Google review and I have had Gmail account since Google created Gmail. Anyways, they over cooked my lobster, I didn't complain. They over cooked my duck, I didn't complain. I didn't send anything back either. They told me that my complementary birthday dessert cannot be taken to go. I had to eat it in the restaurant. Poor customer service. My family brought a birthday cake with them and we were told that we had to pay $20 to cut it in the restaurant. I have eaten at restaurants where the plate is more than $200 and I've never heard of something like this?!? Also my dad, who tips extremely too well in cash, gave the waitress a tip and she told her manager that she never got a tip. He asked me on my way out how was everything. I told him what I just typed here. My mom, who told my dad to give her less (but still adequate) of a tip, overheard him say that. So she says she wants the waitress to tell her to her face that she didn't get a tip. Jamie, the waitress, starts looking under the tablecloth as though she never got the money or she dropped it. The manager says," she's never lied before." Sir, please tell share your gift because we need to clone it and sell it. I could say more but I've already had to spend too much time on this. By far THE WORST experience I have ever had in a restaurant and I eat out at least everyday. No customer service from the manager. The waitress lied for unknown reasons AND my food wasn't good. If someone makes a reservation for a birthday, be upfront about these "rules." This is the service that we now have to look forward to in the hospitality industry I guess?? RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL.😏 Oh but Karma.....
