"Fantastic" green chile stew and some of the "best posole outside of Santa Fe" turn up at these "casual" , "family-friendly" Southwesterners that are "as close to New Mexican cooking" as you'll find hereabouts; "original" drinks and "timely" service enhance the "well-priced " adventure ", preferably capped off with some " damn tasty" pie.
