Contemporary spot for burgers & hot dogs
Burger · Theater District · $
Though jumbo hot dogs and fresh chicken sandwiches can be found on the menu, it's mostly about the burgers at this Boston Common–side patty slinger, where regionally sourced meats are heaped with housemade marmalades and other inventive accoutrements. Single occupancy bathroom to the right of the cashier. No security code. Pros: Fried pickles are crunchy, salty and great with the dip. Fried chicken sandwich was cooked perfectly. Hamburger was good. Cashier was polite and helpful. Cons: Serving sizes were on the small side. Food took 15 minutes to prepare, which seems long for a fast food place. A step up from most fast food chains as a lunch or dinner destination downdown. But I wouldn't go out of my way to dine here again.

The restaurant was clean and the staff weren't amazing or bad, just average. You could tell they have really good burgers, in my opinion, but mine was incredibly well done, which sucked. The fries were great, and I think the burger was just a one time thing, because my friends all liked theirs. It's a little pricey but it's good overall.

Went to this place based on a review read 2 yrs ago in a magazine. I should have left it alone considering the length of time it has been..Well the waffle fries were well OVERcooked the fried Oreos must have just sat in the oil because they were saturated in oil. The Milkshakes....omg. they might as well just say a glass of milk because the vanilla had no vanilla then when we switched to the oreo.....might as well have have a glass of milk with Oreo being dipped. Then when refund was asked for for the extra 3.50 for milkshake they had to get the manager who was not around. They ended up giving a reg drink which was a pretty good lemonade but I paid an extra $3.50 for a drink that already came with the expensive meal. Sorely disappointed with the food. Only the burgers were really good. Despite the cooks obvious unenthused attitude.
