"Creative" presentations of fish resemble "fine art" at this "high-end" French Quarter restaurant helmed by the "outstanding" Tenney Flynn, who can "make a seafood lover out of anyone" (the biscuits are "addictive" too); adding to the "all-around excellent" experience, the "beautiful" , airy space is "extremely well managed" by a "polished" crew that cultivates regulars, including "hard-core foodies" , who return "time and time again."

One of the best meals I’ve eaten and the coffee was spectacular. They told me it was from French Truck. The food was worth every penny! Had the lobster dumplings, wedge salad and Scallibut. The fish was perfect. Everything was perfect!

Service was immaculate. Highly recommend making reservations online or calling in. I'd go at least 3 more time just to try different menu items. Our server did his thing and paid close attention to us. When I got back from washing my hands, he'd taken it upon himself to order me a hot toddy 😊. It was much needed! It's the little things that make or break a visit and I can't wait to go back.

We were in NOLA for Thanksgiving weekend. On November 25, 2017, a Saturday night we had reservations for four people, From the moment we walked into GW Fins until we left, we were impressed at every turn. The service, food and ambiance were all on point. We all ended up ordering the same entree, which was the scallibut. A odd combination of halibut with scallops somehow grilled onto the fish. Absolutely one of the best seafood dishes I've had in a very long time. Amazing. Appetizers, desserts and dessert wines were all fantastic as well. Will definitely be back next time we are in NOLA.
