Good ambiance, food is decent - worth a visit to satisfy curiosity, but nothing mind blowing. Portions are SUPER small and flavors don't justify the price. Tried the Cantonese chicken which is delicious, but you definitely need to order more if you want to leave full. Again, beautiful interior though!

I've been to this place a couple of times and they just can't seem to get it right. The first time they made us wait for an hour even though we had a reservation, and the second time they didn't serve the third person in our party for about 20 minutes after they served the other two. The food is good and authentic, but it doesn't blow me away. It's not enough to make up for the fact that this place doesn't seem to function well as a restaurant.

I happened upon this place by accident! I didn't know I was stepping into a 5/5 experience. The food was delicious, interesting, beautifully presented, just the right amount of Sichuan dry-spicy. The texture of the tofu was the best I've ever had. Catered well to non - meatEaters, too. Goodness. I'm still in shock. I was with a friend who I decided to take out because they showed me extreme kindness about 3 months ago - said friend was also incredibly impressed. I've eaten at a fair amount of NYC restaurants now, and probably less than 10 have gotten a 5/5 rating in my book. This just astounded me and there is no doubt in my mind that this deserves this rating. I'd celebrate an anniversary here. Or some equally important event. this restaurant is even too good for First Dates. Cheers, I will be back!
