Service

This “bustling” Japanese mini-chain is an “easy” option thanks to its “comprehensive” menu, “inventive” sushi rolls and “nothing fancy” settings; OK, so it’s “not extraordinary” and service can turn “harried” at prime times, but the “happening” happy hour is always a total “steal.”

Busy lunch destination for sushi. Speedy and helpful service. The menu has a selection of both pre-prepared meals as well as the option to order bespoke menu items as desired. The prices were more than reasonable for the quantity and quality of food. There is also cooked food for any patrons not interested in sushi.

For times square this place is good with lots of seating and even often availability without a reservation (on the bar). The food was okay but better than expected given the area. However the portions were a bit smaller than expected given the price range.

Nice sushi place in the Theatre District. Good place to go before a show. We told them that we had limited time due to our need to leave for a show, and the staff was very accommodating. Large variety of specialty rolls. On the more expensive side - specialty rolls range between $15-20 each and generally include 8 small-ish pieces. Full bar and cocktail menu. Nothing mind-blowing, but some delicious sushi for the theatre crowd. Would definitely go again.
