Chef Derek Wilcox is incredible. He even got me to try two different types of Uni (sea urchin) and I enjoyed them both. Outstanding Omakase! I found the squid especially tasty. Savor every flavor at this yummy, intimate, Japanese restaurant.

An intimate and fun setting with phenomenal kaiseki highlighting the most delicious and fresh fish I’ve ever tasted. Chef Derek Wilcox worked with masters in Japan for a decade and he does not disappoint! Wonderful wines and warm hospitality rounded out a perfect evening!

hands down one of the best dining experiences I've ever had. chef Derek was a dream; his knowledge of Japanese cuisine is unparalleled and he was kind and gracious with all he knows. each and every course was a marriage of flavors, talent, and exquisite use of ingredients. the space was intimate and accessible while also being sophisticated and authentic. thank you shoji for one of the best meals of my life.
