I get the idea - trying to turn thick, hand cut steak into a fast food concept. You can get a huge cut of steak for half price or even less than you would pay in a regular steakhouse. However, the environment is uncomfortable and the service when I was there was awful. At every table there is a high metal shelf that basically prevents you from talking to the person across from you. The waiter there did not bring my drink or come over after taking the order, and when I eventually walked over to get someone's attention, the staff were just talking to each other and ignored me. The chefs cooking the steaks were friendly and helpful though. If you are alone and just want to get some good steak cheaply without cooking it yourself, go for it. But if you are looking to enjoy yourself or have dinner with a group, you'll have to open your wallet somewhere else.
