There's "lots to love" at this "lively" "small-plates palace" in the Marina, home to "terrific" Cal-French nibbles, an "enthusiastic staff" and intimate digs that are ripe for "date night" ; though some feel the "volume-to-price ratio" could be better, the Sunday–Thursday prix fixe menu is a "good deal."

Oh. My. God. My family and I came here for New Year’s Eve. The food was phenomenal. Standouts include the mussels, duck, steak and truffle pasta. It was very busy and they were running behind schedule (we had a 9pm booking and didn’t get seated until 9:30). We also didn’t make it out until after midnight (we were hoping to go and see the fireworks) but the staff were obviously very busy and did a great job of doing their best to keep on top of things. While a little slow, that can honestly be overlooked by the amazing food and great service and at a really good price! I would recommend Isa to anyone visiting the Bay Area!

The staff is very friendly. The bread is really crunchy and tasty. We ordered a bunch of different things but all we good, but nothing adding to talk about. Decent wine selection. The ambiance in the back patio is great.

Wonderful meal! From wine to bread to creme brulee. The lobster broth was to die for. The chicken is heavenly. They use an herb mixture under the crust and sear it perfectly. The lamb needs just a hair more seasoning but was tender to the fork. Great meal.
