There's "lots of buzz" at this seaside Californian located in the "stylish" Tower 23 Hotel in Pacific Beach offering “interesting, seasonal” fare and cocktails on a patio that's "practically on the sand" boasting "magnificent views" ; it's on the pricier side and service can be "hit-and-miss" , but the "amazing scenery" and "people-watching" make up for it, especially at brunch.

Breakfast was truly excellent. Try an omelette with farm fresh vegetables. Service was very attentive without being overbearing. And the view over the ocean just simply can't be beat. It's a great place to bring a date, a friend, or a business colleague. There is music loud enough to provide a Vibe without distracting from your conversation.

The views and atmosphere are unbeatable. You can't get better than overlooking the Pacific Ocean right on the boardwalk. The wait staff was very friendly and prompt. Unfortunately, the food is a mixed bag. Our appetizers where phenomenal; the steamed mussels and calamari were some of the best I've had in ages. However, the dinner entrees were mediocre at best and way too expensive. I paid $50 for an 8oz. steak, and it definitely was subpar. Lunch was better. The burger I had recently was good. I'll definitely go back for drinks and appetizers to watch the sunset, but I'll avoid dinner next time.

Location location location, it's right on the boardwalk overlooking the mighty Pacific Ocean. They recently redid the space and it looks even better than ever. The food is really really good. They have good happy hour specials and the bar area serves food at the bar and tables on the patio are on a first-come first-serve basis. The restaurant area sells high-end food and is white tablecloth service and is perfect for a nice romantic dinner...👌👌✌️✌️
