If you even remotely like meat, then you ABSOLUTELY cannot miss Knife! A must order item on the menu besides the incredible steak and wine selections, the Bacon Plate. It’s a veritable world tour of bacon, and as bacon should be, it is literally a dish unto itself. You’re heart may not thank you after, but your fondest food memories will love you forever. Loved this place, will absolutely visit again.

Unnecessary reservations. Bad arrangement and seating. The steaks were cooked to perfection however I found it to be bit overrated as the there was no flavor. The truffle pasta was very plain and bland and not what I expected as everyone raves about it. i did enjoy the oxtail ravioli. I also got the crispy pork belly over collard greens and while it was tasty the food was not hot at all so I did not enjoy it as much as I would have had it been at a more suitable temperature. However the staff and our server was impeccable. He was very knowledgeable detailed and thorough and he made sure we were offered or had every accommodation they offered. Excellent/Great Service but food okay and overpriced.

Great go to for meals if you're staying in the hotel, or area. Our first night we popped in for a late dinner and were quite surprised at how amazing the food was especially for the price. Don't get me wrong here, it's not cheap, but the food is excellent! Try the three day sous vide meat, it's divine! Their breakfast is O-K, staff is great but food selection is mediocre.
