This Upper Eastsider by François Latapie focuses on French bistro fare, including ‘butcher’s choices’ and a whole Normandy duck flambé for two, served in an inviting space with deep-green wraparound banquettes. A mix of good and bad. The service was painfully slow. Our server didn't come to our table for the first 20 minutes. We had to call over a passing server to order, and when our server finally came, he didn't know we had ordered through another server. The rosemary bread was good. Very uniquely shaped and flavorful. The mussels were OK; nothing to write home about. Their special appetizer: fried soft-shell crab, was also just OK. Their desserts were pretty good. I loved their flat apple tart and their chocolate dessert dish. Overall, we had a nice time but probably won't go back.

Wonderful, charming neighborhood spot with a lot of personality. Food is delicious - and they've got a great bottomless brunch deal with mimosas. It's very easy to make back your money on the deal!

The owner is a scam artist he charges your credit card without consent to fees that he decides on the spot. God forbid share a plate to find $25 fee. The place is mediocre at best and extremely expensive for the upper east!
