Super Pricey, but super good quality!! this restaurant has seating in the bar up front for the casual diners, and dim lit restaurant setting in the back half. Servers were attentive and very helpful. We only had a short period of time to get in and get out, and they were on the ball with us! We asked for rare- and got a rare steak! Delicious meal

Would give ZERO but not an option. Was so looking forward to a nice steak for Christmas dinner. My husbands steak was Medium Well just like he asked for. My daughter and I ordered Well Done. I even said, feel free to butterfly if needed. My daughter said "charred if necessary". When brought out mine was very pink, hers was red. Sent it back. Mine came back more done, still slightly pink, but edible. My daughters was still extremely pink. At that point, she told them to take it back and don't bring another. Manager came out and tried to talk her into letting them cook another. Of course the sides would have been ice cold. She told them forget it, she had been there many times before and never had a problem so she knew they could do it right if they wanted, The manager said, "We'll take it off your bill." Really? Did he really think we would pay for an inedible steak. Needless to say, ruined the whole dinner and mood. I had never been there before and will never go again. I'll take my business back to Ruth's Chris. Much better food, cooked to perfection and the other guests don't dress like they just came out of the back yard.

Not a place for large party's 14 Pp 1 server really !Place was half empty by the time we got our table at 930 we were done by 12.15 , steak quality was good but the service experience was horrible , from waiting for a knife to cut your steak to sorry out diner roll to soup coming out 10 m into your meal to rong temp on steak to waiting 30 m to get a glass of wine and after diner we asked for the manager to tell him about our issues for night all he had to say thank you for let me know about and next time it will be perfect ,i issuer your company you lost 14 repeat custemors!!! It's ok to charge $ 13 For a baked potato , but in return you need to give us above than excellent service .
