These "no-nonsense" ramen joints assemble "heartwarming" bowls of classic Japanese "comfort" soup at affordable rates; just "have cash on hand" (only the UWS takes plastic) and a tolerance for "cramped" conditions.
Great venue if your in the mood for some ramen soup. There is a variety of items to choose from here as well as vegetarian options. The French fries are great with the spicy mayo. They also have seaweed and tons of other appetizing dishes. You can get some alcoholic beverages here if your in the mood and also keep in mind the place can busy during lunch and dinner. Maybe a wait time if busy.

Love the ramen here. Awesome spot to go on cold days to warm up the soul. It's fun to sit at the "bar" like section so you can watch the cooks preparing you dish. Everyone working here is very nice. I go here like once a month!

One of the chain restaurant of Naruto in Park Slope, and it is our go-to ramen place. I had been eating at their Upper East Side one for many years while living there. After moving to Brooklyn, this was one of the nice surprises! The park slope store has exactly the same menu but has many more spaces. You can find table in the back and can accommodate a party of 8 at the same table. Of course, the ramen bar is also much longer than their Upper East Side restaurant.
