“Incredibly convenient to MSG” – diners can even use a private arena entrance – this “comfortable” Penn Plaza steakhouse boasts “tasty” chops served by a “fast” team; even if the decor seems “sort of a decade ago” , it’s ultimately a “bright spot” in a dining-challenged nabe.

No complaints. Very low key restaurant. Our dinner was reserved at 7pm which I was aware that it was on the earlier side for NYC being that we’re from Connecticut. It was on the empty side which meant the waiter definitely catered to us. He was prompted and very polite. My husband and the lamb chops and said it was one of the best he’s have ever had. I had a nice, tender piece of rib which was delicious with a side of Truffle Mac and Cheese.

To start, the bread is great...then the steak was cooked perfectly. Cuts like butter. The taste is a flavor explosion you won't forget. The mac and cheese is some of the best I have ever had. The tomato and mozzarella salad was alright, not much you can do to that to make it other than it is. Our server Deanna was wonderful, she was courteous and knowledgeable. I would absolutely return to try some other menu items. The cost is pricey... 8oz filet is about $55.00 and worth every penny. The atmosphere is upscale but not over the top and the lighting is dim yet not so dim you cannot read the menu. Go see Deanna and get some amazing food

I had sticker shock! Very pricey for what you get, although I can understand considering it’s right next to MSG. The French fries alone were $11! It was crazy busy on a Thursday night before a concert when I stopped in for a bite. Service was warm and with a smile which was appreciated (shout-out to bartender Debbie). Would be a good place for a special occasion right before a concert (or if you have deep pockets).
