A true neighborhood “standby” , this longtime Gramercy Northern Italian offers a “top-notch” menu dispatched by an “attentive” staff; despite “small” dimensions and “shoehorned” seating, the “crowds still come” , drawn by the “pleasant” atmosphere.

Cozy Italian basement restaurant with windows. Lots of conversation... energetic but not loud. Incredibly delicious Northern Italian food. Best osso buco I have ever eaten. The service was amazing.

Phenomenal place — been here over a dozen times and this place never dissapoints! The food is simply incredible, the pastas are to die for (try the spaghetti with black truffle)! Tried the tuna for the first time last night, it was cooked to perfection (medium rare with pepper and interesting sauce). Wish I could transport this restaurant to my hometown...

I was actually very surprised by this place. I walked by a few times and I thought it was another unauthentic and overpriced ‘Italian’ restaurants of NYC. Granted, my food is still way better, but I did enjoy the place and I highly recommended.
