Cozy place with a modern feel. Mostly small plates with the rice/noodle dishes being generally more filling. The presentation/composition of the dishes looks great. Unfortunately there is still some work to do in terms of flavor. The tuna cold appetizer and the grilled squid were a bit disappointing.

Amazing small plates, sake, and cocktails. Wonderful, friendly service to boot. Great neighborhood spot.

Oka is a nice isaksya, small plates and drinks. The food was good, original but needs just a little fine tuning. I had the tuna which was boring at first but when you get to the cubes at the bottom it's amazing. The omami goes wild. Just steer it... The Squid was good, with the black garlic oil. Interesting. The sake wasn't as good, I took one of the flights. Focus on sake you like, although trying others is not always such a badf idea. It's a good place for japanies bites, I think it should have a more bar atmosphere than a restaurant.
