The Zagat Review
"They serve food?" ask surprised fans of the "liquid nourishment" at this Bourbon Street "tourist heaven" where servers "keep your glass full" of the "requisite" hurricanes, and "decent" , relatively "affordable" Creole fare is overshadowed by the "boisterous" "party" in the "must-see" courtyard with its "famous flaming fountain" and "unbelievable" "dueling pianos" ; sure, it may be "commercialized" , but many deem it a "classic New Orleans experience" that everyone should have "at least once."

It was pretty good. Drink was strong. We sat in the courtyard, it was pretty empty. The fountain is cool. Our server was a little rough around the edges I thought. They do this thing where you pay extra up front for the glass but if you don't want to keep it you can bring it back to the bar for some cash back. Seemed strange but apparently it's a collectible glass. I guess this is a must see attraction. It was in Tony Hawk's Underground 2 so that was cool.

This place is Iconic. There's a great patio area that offers plentiful seating. Definitely get a hurricane here. The restrooms are a bit worn down. I haven't tried the food here but every table that I passed looks very delicious. I highly recommend coming here during the daytime or when you can and really enjoy the patio.

Home of the Hurricane and they didn't disappoint - inexpensive and stiff compared to the other Hurricanes I got in the Quarter. I really liked this location because there are so many different places to hang out: they have a regular bar that showed football games, a piano bar, a large outdoor seating area. One of the best places I visited in the French Quarter.
