Turning out “Naples-good” thin-crust pizza since 1933, this East Harlem “treasure” and its separately owned offshoots offer “generous portions” of “hit-the-spot” Italian-American fare as well as an “excellent variety of salads” ; while “nothing compares” to the original, all the “dependable” locales are “magnets” for families.

Delicious pizza and a cute romantic spot my husband insisted we try after he had takeout pizza from the restaurant at work. Service was slightly slow but the staff knew all their food and were nice and informative. Salad was large and very good with a delicious red wine vinaigrette. Pizza was delicious! Will definitely come again.

This place used to be great. Don't know what's happened to them, new owners? New cooks? The pizza is like a whole new recipe. Tasteless sausage, the crust is horrible, I mean it's like a cracker, it's so bad, it's a cracker crust! And very expensive. If it was free I wouldn't eat it again. This is not Patsy's Pizza anymore, they should really change their name.

Found a wad of hair in my pasta and was accused of placing it in myself. Manager came and just simply said they do not have an blondes. Although the hair was not on top but in the pasta it did not just fall off
