Chef Ryan Prewitt has "the entire city buzzing" over the "incredible" straight-from-the-Gulf seafood dishes "prepared simply over a wood grill" at this "cool" Warehouse District member of Donald Link's empire (Cochon et al.), where the "terrific" staff includes "hard-working" , "precision" mixologists; the "huge" , "energetic" space is often "packed" , and though it preserves the "charm" of its past life as a carriage house, it can also "sound like one" (i.e. "a bit noisy" ) – still, that's the "only drawback."

Order the Baked Drum! It was SO GOOD. The flavor was just perfect. Our service was also great... we tried oysters for the first time and our serving team was very patient answering all of our questions and even taking a video of the experience (above and beyond... we had a 9 pm reservation and were a few drinks in when we arrived to this classy establishment - Jamie and Jacob were very kind and accepting of my silly friends). We had a great meal and a great time. Highly recommend!

See where the oysters are from and get at least a dozen to split. Then opt in for the whole fish. Although the entrees are great they can't beat their whole roasted fish. After that remember to get dessert. This restaurant had it all and is great for two or a group. Down side is bar is always packed so don't expect for there to be space to get a drink if you show up early. Their cocktails and wine list are a treat and shouldn't be skipped. The highlight of the last meal we're the queen beds oysters with a dirty gin martini.

The food was delicious but the service was outstanding. Our server Rachel was so patient with us. We basically had her describe every item on the menu, and she did it without even the slightest flinch! Our gang eats out alot, and Rachel was one of the nicest folks we have run across! Oh and the food was amazing!
