Service

For “fine dining at its finest” in a locale “handy to Lincoln Center” , Terry Brennan’s “civilized” French-Med “classic” is “top-tier” “from soup to nuts” , as “meticulous” servers set down “exquisite” dishes winding up with a “one-of-a-kind” cheese course; it’s a haven of “subtle elegance” , but the privilege is “expensive, so be prepared.”

I do not eat meat or salt and I had the best tasting meal I have ever had at Picholine. The Captain was so attentive to my food restrictions and there was so much variety and choice in their special vegetarian menu. The best was the cauliflower main course (I wish I had the recipe). The staff is so caring and attentive but at the same time very French and formal and the restaurant is beautiful. I can't wait to return.
