Trendy counter serve for wood-fired pies

The Zagat Review
An offshoot of the Neapolitan smash hit in Boulder (from Bobby Stuckey and Lachlan Mackinnon-Patterson), this light, bright chain is a far more streamlined affair, with counter service, a smaller menu and wines on tap. Of course, the thin-crust pies – coming out of a specialized oven in minutes flat – remain true to inspiration (with a couple of American twists here and there), capped off by the famous butterscotch budino.

Pizzeria Locale has delicious wood-fired, individual pizzas, although they are large enough for 2 if you want to share. You can try one of the pizzas from their menu or design your own. They have some unique and tasty options! They also serve salads and a butterscotch pudding for dessert and have alcoholic beverages and soft drinks. Since they are located in a busy area, parking can be difficult, although there is a parking lot for all of the restaurants located in the square at 6th and Broadway behind the pizzeria as well as street parking.

A great place to get a personal pizza fast. The quality is very good. I don't feel awful after eating a whole personal pizza. It's cooked right in front of you and made to order. I did not try the meatballs or salads, but the ingredients looked fresh.

It's the pizza joint from the people who brought you Chipotle. Walk in, pick your toppings (smoked mozzarella highly recommended), and your pie goes into the rotating oven. About three minutes later you have a fresh pizza of your very own. Toppings are high quality and flavorful. Sauce is fresh and tastes like tomato instead of sugar. Crust is crisp but not cracker-y. Minus one star only because it's so popular that it can be hard to find a seat when the patio is closed.
