An offshoot of the Neapolitan smash hit in Boulder (from Bobby Stuckey and Lachlan Mackinnon-Patterson), this light, bright chain is a far more streamlined affair, with counter service, a smaller menu and wines on tap. Of course, the thin-crust pies – coming out of a specialized oven in minutes flat – remain true to inspiration (with a couple of American twists here and there), capped off by the famous butterscotch budino.

I've had a chance to eat inside and get deliver, and both were fantastic experiences. The pizza itself is fresh, delicious, and baked in a wood-fire stove. I've had a few different pizzas from their menu, and all of them are amongst the best I've had in Denver. The delivery service is quite fast, and the restaurant is stylish, clean, and very, very fast. Highly recommend!

Even though this is a chain, it feels like a high end specialty pizzeria. The ingredients are very fresh, mostly locally sourced, and they build and bake the pizza in front of you. It leads to some of the best pizza I've ever had. The pizza sizes are also very generous, and I could easily see sharing a personal pizza with someone. I highly recommend Pizzeria Locale.

Was greeted immediately as I came in. Very friendly staff. The decor is modern, well-lit and open. Everything was clean. Pizza was made fresh to order. Menu includes gluten-free and vegetarian options. I got the Hawaiian. You can tell they use good ingredients, and the dough was excellent. They were liberal with the cheese, which meant the center wasn't as crispy, but the taste is very good. Order was up quickly, which is facilitated by their rotating pizza oven to get timing consistent. Definitely going to be a good lunch spot when I'm in Denver for work. Even has outside seating for warm days. Highly-recommended!
