The "Miami-esque" "outside terrace" at this second-floor Society Hill Italian "takes you miles away to a tranquil shore" , and a "good-time-friendly" buzz prevails within its "charming" interior too; its "interesting" seafood-focused dishes and "creative" cocktails come at "less-than-exorbitant prices" via an "attentive, friendly" staff – no wonder most leave "happy and full" , often headed to the Ritz theater across the way.

This restaurant is not for those who are very hungry or have a large appetite. Let me start by saying that I am a petite female who generally doesn't finish a whole entree by myself. The portions were very very small;so small we left and went to find more food. The prices weren't ridiculous but we expected full sized entrees. I will say that the quality of the food was AMAZING. All four dishes were delicious but short lived. We left with our taste buds satisfied but our tummies unsatisfied. Probably a better spot for lunch, not dinner.

The food here was good (not great), but the first table offered to me was the worst in the restaurant (swinging kitchen doors, wait staff table right behind us, at a juncture of 2 dining rooms as if the table had been added for overflow (NOT necessary the weekday evening we visited)). Conclusion: I live in the city and have a business in the city and will not be back to this restaurant. More details provided below for those who want to read on... I had a client in from out of town, and made this reservation via open table 2 weeks in advance. I specified this as a business reservation. Arriving on time, we were taken to the table I mention above. When entertaining for business, everything counts for a good impression. And my clients were chagrined at the table, but polite enough to not say anything out loud. I returned to the reception area and requested another table and this next one was satisfactory. I'm calling this out for a couple reasons - ONE because I said this was business and clearly the comments in open table were not noted. Please pay attention to the open table reservation. Some of you do, and those are the restaurants that I frequent more than once. TWO - because the seating at a restaurant is just as important in the dining experience as the food! The food itself was ok. The appetizers were very good, and the arugula salad and crab cake were also very good. The veal would have been very good except for the odd tasting sauce that came with it. My lamb chops were fair. The waiter was polite, albeit disinterested.

The fresh and colorful Italian fare matches the coastal Mediterranean decor effortlessly. Creative, inspired seafood dishes combine your favorites with the unexpected and result in unbelievable meals well worth the stopover
