"Every plate is mouthwatering" at this Sunset Harbour Asian-fusion standout (and Pubbelly spin-off) with a focus on "creative" sushi and "really good" microbrews and sake; the "great staff" and "casual" vibe in an industrial, loftlike setting splashed with a touch of anime street art make this "a true locals' place in touristy Miami Beach."

Worst dining experience I’ve ever had. Went with a group and spent over $400 and the server could not have been more rude. Halfway through our group placing our food orders I was giving my order and the server stopped me so he could go over to another table to let them pay their tab. Once running their card he comes back and does not even apologize for leaving during our orders. Upon the end of our meal the server left us waiting for over 25 minutes while we were trying to pay then couldn’t check us out properly. Spent over 15 minutes to process our checks and overcharged us for triple the amount of items. When we calmly addressed the discrepancy the server threw a tantrum. Finally got to speak with a manager who was equally as rude and finally got our checks done properly after we had to stand up by their register to show the manager how to do it. Over 40 minutes after we asked for our checks we finally got things fixed and could leave, all without an apology from either server or general manager. If you get food here, get it to go.

Decided to try new sushi place in SB, menu looked interesting, good reviews and so on. When server approached the table, we asked if hot sake was on the menu, server said they did not have one and offered a sake menu suggesting a 54$ bottle of cold one, which I’m sure was good, but we decided tho go with 7$ Sapporo... here when it’s all went down hill, servers attitude dropped right in front of table... as a result we were ignored for the rest our dinner... with 3 other tables present the server never returned for our dinner order, end up having soup, ceviche and tartar which were just average. Oh well, we went to Otenic instead and enjoyed the rest of our dinner!

My fiance and I stopped here as a splurge during our quick trip to Miami for a music festival. The food was wonderful and the outdoor seating was great since the weather was just right. The server was very friendly and knowledgeable, steering us to local favorites and satisfying our cravings. Will defintely visit again.
