The Zagat Review
“Definitely not your father’s steakhouse” , these more “accessible” Quality Meats spin-offs court a “young crowd” with “lesser-known” but “still delicious” cuts of meat, plus “inventive” starters and sides; “chill” settings with whimsical details further the “great buzz.”

First off make sure you make a reservation. I made mine two weeks ahead. I came here with my parents last Friday. Our waitress was unbelievable, one of the best I've honestly ever had. She was extremely helpful and knew exactly what we would like. We ordered some cocktails, they were a MUST especially since they have cool ice cubes. Order the apple/goat/cheese pair appetizer and you wont be sorry. But you might need extra bread. I ordered the octopus and it was delicious. Perfectly tender. Even our waitress told us if the octopus doesn't come out perfect tell me and she wanted to insist everything was perfect. We also ordered the creamed spinach and the potato bacon monkey bread for the table. I would come back just for the monkey bread, do not skip on this! Anyways come for a cool funky date or if you have people visiting. They won't be disappointed!

Reasonably priced, delicious steaks and sides. Small West Village restaurant with a cool, relaxed vibe. Went with a gal pal and we split a steak, the spinach hush puppies and corn elote. Everything was delicious! Host and bartender were very nice. Make a reservation. We sat at the bar, and on a rainy Wednesday night, even those seats were hard to come by.

I have been here many times. Great food, great service and great atmosphere. They have my favorite Cesar Salad in world, and v good shrimp cocktail too. Then I get chicken which is also very good, and they have Smore ice cream which is great. But, I do have two criticisms: 1. Their Shirley Temples are not that good 2. If you get Skirt Steak, they bring this amazing thing called corn cream brulee, which is so good. And I don't understand why you can't get it in a bigger portion as a side.
